4. ⁠Research Savvy: Strong googling and research skills
5. ⁠Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
6. ⁠Min. 1 year of Work Experience

Note:

1. This role follows a US shift schedule (7:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) and is remote.
2. ⁠During the onboarding phase, you’ll need to be present at our Bangalore office (JP Nagar).
3. ⁠This position includes working on Sundays, with Fridays off and alternate Saturdays off.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Identifying and engaging with relevant influencers across social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
2. ⁠Managing the entire influencer marketing process—from briefing and negotiation to maintaining strong relationships with influencers
3. ⁠Overseeing day-to-day account management
4. ⁠Leading ongoing influencer/brand ambassador programs
5. ⁠Exploring, experimenting, and leveraging new and emerging channels to fuel growth
6. ⁠Collaborating with top micro-influencers across various countries and platforms

Compensation: ₹5 - ₹8L per year
Location: Remote/WFH (Initial 1-month training in Bangalore)
