Refund Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made directly through the Lingopanda website or other official Lingopanda-operated payment channels.

1.2 Subscriptions purchased via third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the refund and cancellation policies of those platforms. Lingopanda does not have the authority to process or approve refunds for such purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted at Lingopanda’s sole discretion under the following circumstances:

2.1 Accidental Purchase

A refund may be issued if the subscription was purchased accidentally and no premium features have been accessed, provided the refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

2.2 Technical Issues

If technical issues attributable to Lingopanda materially prevent access to the subscribed services, and such issues remain unresolved despite reasonable support efforts, a refund request may be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

2.3 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If a customer is charged more than once for the same subscription, a full refund of the duplicate charge shall be issued upon request, provided the request is made within 7 days of the second charge.

2.4 Service Failure Attributable to Lingopanda

If the service is substantially unavailable or unusable due to issues solely attributable to Lingopanda, and no reasonable workaround or solution can be provided, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases:

  • 3.1 Change of mind after subscription activation
  • 3.2 Partial or full use of subscription benefits
  • 3.3 Failure to cancel the subscription prior to renewal
  • 3.4 Payments made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • 3.5 Issues arising from user device limitations, software incompatibility, or internet connectivity problems

4. Subscription Renewals

4.1 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

4.2 Lingopanda does not provide refunds for renewal charges resulting from failure to cancel the subscription in a timely manner.

5. Refund Request Procedure

5.1 Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@lingopanda.app.

5.2 Requests must include the following information:

  • Registered email address
  • Payment receipt and transaction reference number
  • Reason for the refund request

5.3 All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Lingopanda aims to respond within 5–7 business days of receiving a complete request.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

6.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

6.2 Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution and may take up to 15 business days.

6.3 Any delays caused by banks, payment processors, or intermediary institutions are beyond Lingopanda’s control.

7. No Waiver

7.1 Any failure or delay by Lingopanda to enforce this Refund Policy shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce the same or any other provision.

7.2 Any refund granted as an exception shall not establish a precedent or create any obligation to issue refunds in the future.
